Feeling fatigued and looking for ways to manage your energy more effectively? Join the Walking Group on April 6th and/or 13th to explore self-care and sleep hygiene tips to help reduce fatigue, while learning tools for creating a daily routine that fits your unique energy levels.
Led by Survivor Wellness Occupational Therapy interns, Addi and Ashley.

Held weekly at Red Butte Garden, you are welcome to walk the beautiful gardens with a Survivor Wellness staff member.
No charge for entry'; no need for a Garden membership.
Meet at the front desk of the Red Butte Garden Visitor Center at 11am.
Members and non-members invited to join on a walk-in basis. No enrollment needed.
This is a facilitated peer support activity. Survivor Wellness does not provide crisis support.
