Held weekly in the Studio (behind the 59 House), this class is open to Survivor Wellness members only, and requires an RSVP by 24 hours in advance.
Our Level 2 Holden Qigong certified instructor teaches this weekly class. Qigong, pronounced “chee-gong” means “to cultivate one’s life force. Classes include gentle movement and breath, and can be done standing or seated.
Enrolled members are requested to RSVP for classes by 24 or more hours prior to the class by contacting our office by phone or email with their name, the name and date of the class they would like to attend.
