Tai Chi/Qigong Class

Held weekly in the Studio (behind the 59 House), this class is offered at no cost to Survivor Wellness members.

Certified Level 2 Holden Qigong instructor and T’ai Chi instructor, Carlos teaches these weekly Tai Chi/Qigong classes. Tai Chi consists of a series of movements that enhance flow, balance, strength and healing, while Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) means “to cultivate one’s life force”. Classes include gentle movement and breath, and can be done standing or seated.
