Chair Yoga Class

Held on the 1st Friday of each month.
No yoga experience needed! All abilities, bodies and levels are welcome to join. The chair is used for both seated and standing poses in this 45-minute class focused on stretching, gentle movement and breath awareness, making it suitable for all. Participants are encouraged to honor their bodies and to move at their own pace. (Please inform teacher of any specific needs prior to class).
Held in the Studio. All props are provided. Reservation required.
