Held on the 1st Friday of the month (immediately after Chair Yoga)
No yoga experience needed! All abilities, bodies and levels welcome. This 60-minute class focuses on gentle, slow poses designed to ground the body and quiet the mind. Using props to support the body, poses will be held longer than in modern yoga classes for deep relaxation. (Please inform teacher of any specific needs.)
Held in the Studio. All props provided. Reservation required.
