Restorative Yoga Class

No yoga experience needed! All levels welcome. This class is designed to ground the body with gentle and slow movements. We will take our time and hold poses longer than traditional yoga classes. Please inform your teacher of any specific needs. All props will be provided.

Held on the first Friday of each month in the studio, directly after the Chair Yoga Class. Reservation required.
